Concept Engineering started in Patna in 2016 as a small electrical crew taking on local wiring jobs. Founder Chandrajeet Kumar built it, one satisfied client at a time, into a firm trusted for full-building turnkey contracts.
Today the core work is the complete electrification of large buildings — handling every stage in-house, from load calculation and panel procurement through cable laying, earthing, and final testing & commissioning.
We are a GST-registered proprietorship that also takes on lighting, painting, polishing, flooring, demolition, renovation, and interior designing, so clients can rely on a single accountable contractor for the whole project.
Why Clients Choose Us
Turnkey, Single-Contractor Scope
One team from load scheduling to final commissioning — plus CCTV, HVAC and finishing trades, so you never juggle multiple vendors.
Transparent BoQ Pricing
Every project opens with a detailed Bill of Quantities. No hidden costs, no scope-creep surprises, GST invoices on all work.
Code-Compliant Engineering
Earthing, load balancing, conduit sizing and DB ratings always to BIS and IE Rules — verified before handover.
On-Time, Repeat-Client Record
We commit to milestones and hold to them. Most of our work now comes from repeat clients and referrals.
After-Handover Support
Annual Maintenance Contracts and post-project support keep your installation running long after commissioning.
Where We Work
